How long will it take to download?

The topic of download speeds and good internet connections is very complicated and quality is dependent on so many factors. A good phone connection might allow 5-10 megabytes per hour, broadband connections can easily get 50 megabytes per hour. As the download speed, quality and reliability are beyond our control, we're unable to assist with cases where downloads are interrupted. However, there are several products available at www.cnet.com that will allow downloads to be resumed after broken connections. GetRight is one that seems to be recommended.
